Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MusicFlow StudioAi, operated by Insert.si.on · Last updated June 2026

1. The service

MusicFlow StudioAi (“the Service”) is a web application that generates music, sound effects, voice-over and related media from text descriptions using artificial intelligence, and offers tools to adapt this music to interactive applications (games), to export it in several formats (MP3, WAV, stems, MIDI, vertical video clips) and to share it publicly. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
• You sign in with an email address and password or with a Google or TikTok account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person may hold one free account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free allowance or these Terms.

3. Credits, plans and payments

• Generations consume credits (for example 1 credit per 30 seconds of music). Current prices and allowances are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• Free accounts receive a one-time allowance of credits. Paid plans renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe; credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page; it remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Your content and the generated works

• You keep all rights to the descriptions (prompts), lyrics, scripts and files you submit. You grant us the technical rights needed to operate the Service (store, process, transmit and display them to you).
• Between you and us, you own the media generated for you, subject to the license attached to your plan (see section 5). The Service and its providers may generate similar or identical outputs for other users; no exclusivity is guaranteed.
• If you publish a track in the public Showcase, you grant us and other visitors a worldwide, royalty-free right to stream it, display its title, description and your display name, and to share links to it. You can withdraw a track from the Showcase at any time; withdrawal does not affect copies already shared.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, imitates a real artist's voice without permission, or is hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise harmful.

5. Licenses

• Free plan — Personal license: personal, non-commercial use only (prototypes, tests, non-monetised videos). Attribution “Made with MusicFlow StudioAi” is appreciated but not required.
• Creator, Pro and API Business plans — Commercial license: perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, synchronise, distribute and publicly perform the generated media in your own productions, including monetised videos on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Twitch, video games, apps, trailers, advertising and live streams, without attribution.
• Not allowed under any plan: reselling or redistributing the generated media as standalone audio (stock libraries, beat stores, NFTs), registering it with content-identification systems or collecting societies as your composition, or using it to train competing AI models.
• A downloadable license certificate is provided for each generation. Licenses granted while a plan was active survive its cancellation.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass credits, rate limits, security or content filters, scrape the Service or use it to build a competing dataset.
• API keys and SDKs are personal to your account and project; keep them secret and do not share them.
• Public pages (Showcase, promo pages) must not be used for spam, deceptive content or unauthorised advertising.

7. Third-party services

Generation relies on third-party AI providers (including fal.ai, ElevenLabs, OpenAI and Anthropic), payments on Stripe, e-mail on Resend and optional sign-in through Google or TikTok. Their availability and their own terms may affect the Service. When you connect a TikTok account, you authorise us to read your basic profile and, if you choose, to publish videos you explicitly select to your TikTok account with the privacy setting you pick; you can disconnect at any time from your account settings or from TikTok.

8. Availability, changes and termination

• We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party outages. We may change features, prices (with notice for active subscribers) or these Terms; continued use after a change means acceptance.
• You can delete your account at any time; we then delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Insert.si.on is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the European online dispute-resolution platform. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the competent French courts.
